Helical Piles

Helical piles are twisted to the appropriate depth while monitoring the torque to estimate the pile’s capacity. The tops of the shafts are then bracketed to the footing of the structure, effectively underpinning the footing and stopping any settlement. Helical piles are a great solution for our projects performed in areas with limited access, high water tables, or weak surface soils. They also enable us to perform quick installation, immediate loading, and there is no need for a concrete cure. The team is able to make modifications in the field and use common construction equipment that is easily fitted with hydraulically-driven torque motors.
